MUZO Builders was founded by trades-people who watched too many projects get derailed by bad communication, vague scopes, and "we'll see how it goes" project management. We started this company to do the opposite: written scopes, line-item budgets, weekly milestone schedules, and a single PM who picks up the phone.
We built our subcontractor network by working alongside trades on real jobs — not by taking the lowest bid. Our framing crew has been with us for over a decade. Our preferred MEP and finish trades have done dozens of projects with us and know our standards on day one.
