Program purpose

Muzo Builders LLC is a North Carolina-licensed residential and commercial construction company. This SMS program supports communications with clients who have an active project engagement with Muzo Builders.

What messages we send

Two-factor authentication codes for client portal logins.
Crew schedule notifications for upcoming job site visits and walkthroughs.
Milestone updates tied to the active project.

Estimated message frequency: 2–10 messages per month during an active project; no messages outside of an active engagement.

How to opt in

The form includes an SMS-notifications checkbox that is unchecked by default. The exact text of the consent statement is reproduced below verbatim:

The user must explicitly check the box and submit the form. The consent record (phone number, IP address, user agent, timestamp, verbatim opt-in text) is logged at the moment of submission.
